No statement is being received by the undersigned. Even after complaints lodged no action has been taken by M/S CITI BANK customer care

I am not receiving any statements since long. I do not know what is the balance I have to pay. For absence of MONTHLY STATEMENT I am unable to pay even the minimum balance. I am not going to pay any interest (on out standing balance & service charge.

No action is initiated even after giving complaints to you & their customer care.
