Wrongly debited & very diffcult to access Phone No

Dear Sir,

I am Manoj Kakani holding Master card having No 5415382326935772 and got a message that i have to pay Rs 6000 without mentioning why same is to be paid while i did not use the card since last one year.

I am trying to talk to representative of the bank but still trying more than one hour could not acess the any one. Please give me direct number of responsible person sa that i can discuss the matter.
