Repeatative disturbance/Harrasement

There is one of your card holder named Mr. Hara Mallick.By mistake my mobile no.(09830483080) is entered against his name. each & every time your people & collection centres used to call me in my mobile and they are searching for Mr. Mallick. But many times I had conveyed that I am not Mr. Mallick. I am Animesh Bhakta and I do not have HSBC credit card. In spite of my repeatative request your people are always disturbing me and harrasing me. I am very much annoyed. You have Mr. Mallick's address and residence telephone no. You should contact him and get his actual mobile No. This is my last request otherwise I will have to proceed legally.
