Estore the service of credit card after payment of outstanding amt

This is in regarding to my Credit Card # 4346781003334679. This account outstanding was 20687 by me, i have already paid 1100, 1880 respectively on month on month base and ready to pay rest amt but they have frizzed my a/c 00031140049675 as i could not pay the two installments and total installment due is 2930 .the a/c balance was 7250 .and my total outstanding is 20678.i am ready to pay all the amt but i need to get service of credit card after paying the rest outstanding amt.if not what will be the settlement process possible as my principle amt is only 16000,

Please help the needful as soon as possible
