False claim at the Citi bank gateway

The www.ttdsevaonline.com web enables the CITI BANK gateway for making payment towards online accommodation booking, however after filling the required format the web has directed the Citibank gateway for payment. the Citibank has deducted the amount from my credit card account and has not given the payment made details and also not authorized the booking of accommodation this is of absolute fake claim. In this regard the consumer forum shall take necessary action
