Respected sir/madam, hi i am one of ur customer for the credit cards, and i regret to say that i no longer working in the company which i was working with, i hav lost my job. So i am planning to settle the balance amount, and i didnt receive monthly statements also. IF i had received i would hav noticed the interest amount and late payment fees then i wouldnt hav used the card. I was shocked when i got to know the due amount. I am not in a good position to pay the amount, so request you guys to wave off the interest and all the fees which hav been charged. I will make sure that i willl borrow money and pay your debts as soon as possible and willing to do a settlement with you guys..
