I am having card no.4477463653883005 and paid full within the time through IRCTC credit amount for the debit as well as cash on 07-09 but you have debited late payment fee while my credit of Rs.16.18 with you. You are requested to credit the same of late payment fee and advice me.

We are getting calls from your centre for the payment while I have already paid full & final payment and no dues against me.
