Wrong billing

My credit card no. is 5176377037028007. My current statement date is 29.10.09. I had made my last payment on 19.10.09 through NEFT for Rs. 8245.00 which is appearing in my statement. However you have charged Rs.400.00 on account late payment charges. Hence you are requested to see in the matter and ensure that the above charges are cancelled from my payment. Also note that i am regular in paying my card bills every month. Hoping for your reply at earliest.
