Dear sir

my card no is 5243681100862526, i m a regular pay master of credit card bills, but i did not receive the last statement so i cud not pay and resulting the late payment charges in the next statment, keep in view my good payments records, i request to waveoff the late payements chagres and any charges if levied because of this,
