My SBI credit card no.is 4317 5756 1453 2514.

I have not received any bill for this card.

this has resulted in unnecessary late payment & interest charges.

Your helpline no. is always busy.

I have made a payment of Rs1500/- thru your executive.

Please send the bill so that I can settle the whole payment.

Also, you are requested to waive off the late payment.

I am frustrated with the no. of calls I am receiving every now & then from your collection department.

Kindly, do it ASAP or else cancel my card & collect your final payment.
