Non receipt of statement

We have not received credit card statement for the period of 03/03 to 02/04 on credit card no. 4384 5914 0286 2268. I have complained on telephone more than 20 times and through e-mail on e-mail id online@hsbc.co.in. But sorry to say i have not received the statement and every time, you charged financial charges service tax and so many other charges. I am tired to complain to your people. I hope you will look into this matter and send me the staement for this above period to make the payment from my side. Otherwise, in future, i will not make any payment to you for old outstanding plus other charges.
