Not received the Credit card

Respected Sir,

With due respect I RHITOBROTO GUPTA of 3, Raja Gopi Mohan Street, Kolkata-700006 (Land mark- Scottish church school - BEADON STREET) DATE OF BIRTH - 31/10/1979, like to state you that due to wrong printting of mailling address in your books & forms (Postal pin -700065) I am not able to receive the Credit card from you whose no is - 4385878937776009, which is issued in favour of me & confrmed on 26/02 in mob no- 9903899193 but from that date I already sends so many Fax-es to you quoting my wright mailling address, all sending was rulled out by your Customer care cell (but the PIN no of the credit card was already received by me) please look into this matter & comfrmed me about the same on the basis of which I will not try for the card again. Thanks in advance
