Not converted into emi

Dear sir/madam,

Iam arun i have some problem with ur icici bank, my emi card no is 4477 4620 5996 5002, my problem is some body calls me and pormote your one of product that is medi claim policy, that girl told me the product cost is 5000 and some thing and you have to pay for two years the emi amount is 200 something but what happened is they send the bill for full amount, im not able to pay that much of amount in single shot because of my family problem now two months gone they send every month interest and late fee please solve the problem as soon as possible my contact number is 9884019165
