Harashment for credit card settlement

Sir, My card no.4129 0348 1039 7239 bearer R S SHARMA, Based

at Faridabad.

Details for the all the communications and settlement talked but not getting response by collection dept.by when the settlement will be clear.

Today I m getting threatned by Advocate mr. Amit that FIR going to launce at Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad Police station if not depositing Rs.65000 before 4pm today.

Below is the letter which had communicated to SC bank officer but could not get resolve.

Ineed the help immediately.

lease advise where im in fault. If this is the method of bank how... I it becoming difficult for me to live.

I am much afraid and unable to further maintain the financial position.

Below is the statement what paid against the our card.

Now, unable to continue to further on my situation.

After discussion with person who was calling to collect the payment I could not get clarification on

last two cheque for Rs.5975 each. Now, I get advised to continue the payment and will intimate as soon amout get completed.

I need the support.
