I had applied a credit card at Spencers, Malad (W), Mumbai. I received the Ref Number as 200814736449 on 29.05.2008 and received several verification calls from Chennai. Finally I received a message on my mobile on 10.06.2008 that my credit card has been approved and dispatched. But till date I have not received the same. Please inform me of the status as the documents taken from me can be misused. Further I expect a high quality of service from HSBC.
