Nonreciept of monthly statements

My credit card No. is 4477 4660 3757 6005. I am not receiving monthly statements of credit card bills since 6 months. I am making payments on the basis of message received on my cellular phone. In the message it is mentioned that statement is sent through courier service. But I am not receiving the statements. So please make sure to send statements every month. Send me the statement of month of June immediately.
