Wrong billing

I possess a credit card no. 9883 8312 0489 0296 in my name. account no. 233-321140-606.

I make payment of my bill well with in time through cheque. the cheque was presented by you on 23-07-08, which was cleared. today i received stement of account which shows a charges of 89.66 as finacila charges and 11.08 as service charges. which is wrong. please look into the matter and refund the same
