Sir,

I am holding your Credit Card No. 5264685314567106 in the name of Atul

Srivastava. I am purchasing Rs. 3100/- from S.R.Sons, Kamla Nagar and

the same amount is paid by

Cheque No. 000492 for Rs. 3100/- dated 03.07.08 the same is to be debited from

my Bank on 06.07.08 but you have not credited to my credit card Account. When I

received credit card

statement on 17.07.08 it shows all dues are still pending then I talked to your

Customer Care Executive he said that the payment lying in Suspicious account

now your account is

settled and you have not pay any charges, but again when I received credit

card statement on 17.08.08 the it shows total due of Rs. 537.41 for Late

Payment I am again talked to

your customer care executive and he said you have first paid Rs. 537.41 than

they give reversal. Why should I pay Rs. 537.41 as late fees, I have already

paid full & final amount

within your mentioned time period. I regret to say that it's your mistake.

You are, therefore, requested to please correct my credit card account as soon

as possible.
