The cost of having SBI Credit card

I had taken SBI Credit card on repeated request from your executive and sayiong please take it even if you do not use it.

Now after say one year or more I am getting calls that I have to pay a sum of Rs 3000 . However when I replied that I have never used your credit card and show me proof where I have spent the amount, I was told that I had signed for some protection document, these are charges for these protection and if I do not pay legal proceedings shall be intiated.

I was told that this is lifetime free card and there shall be no charges.

I feel this is nothing but cheating. YOu people are getting consumers to sign lengthy documents and later harrasing them in an organised manner.

Please resolve the issue immediately, cancel my card immediately and stop harassing me please!
