Undue levy of charges

I have icici bank credit card from long back but last month the company had charge me approximately Rs. 600/-for ove limit charge, but as per the rules of the company in case if the person exceeds the limit his transaction must have declined. so firstly i want that amount back.

Secondly in current month bill i found that there r charges of Rs. 950/- had been levid as intrest charge & service tax i had never withdrawn cash from my c.c.a/c sao i am not suppose to pay the intrest so i want the reversal of this amount as well as soon as possible.
