Non-Receipt of Card & Asking for Payment Dues

Respected Sir,

I, Hemant Bagri applied for Credit Card last year and my card has been approved but till date I have not yet received my card I have informed several times but every time I have not get any proper information about my card.

I have received letter from your departement several times last I received letter on 01.09.2008 date was mentioned in the letter was 16.08.2008 in that particular letter amounting of Rs. 9576.19/- is mentioning that I have to pay the above mentioned amount, Sir i am requesting you to kindly do the needful in my case i have not received my card please deliveried it on below mentione address or cancelled it. I am very upset about your services & please do the best .(service request request no-SR78059619 DATED : 01.09.2008)
