Decline of card more than once

Hello,

Me Prasenjit sukul, after call from front dexk of HSBC I applied for credit card. The call center person confirm that will surely get the card and took documents . the documents were -My address proof, My office Id proof, Visiting card.

i told to the person that I have changed the bangalore recidence but I was confirmed that it is not a problem.

Then on 13/09/08 i received a SMS at my phone with reference number 35620082561130038, then again on 15/09/08 I received anathor SMS with refernce number35620082591060025.

Now on 19/09/08 I checked my application status wich says that my application is declined.

I want to know the details for decline.
