False transaction throgh my Credit Card

I am Neeraj Verma. My Credit Card No. is - 4076590709276001 I would like to inform you about my problem &&- 1.ICICI Bank paid the amount against airtel bill in mumbai without asking me even I dont know that to whom airtel bill account has been paid without asking me.2.after complaint in customer care amount got credited in my account.3.now again since june same account has be debited from my account.4.I am not getting any help from customer care.5. I have not asked bank to pay the bill how BANK can pay this amount. 6.Bank should check the number of the airtel cell on which behalf amount has been paid that definately does not belong to me. I am getting phone calls from the bank on daily basis and I am really harassed by them. Kindly look into this matter and advice what to do. Regards, Neeraj Verma
