About defaulte

I was deposited 20, 000 rupees in icici bank and get a credit card with this.

This card used by my uncle and they have not paid for that and bank makes my name in defaulter list and due amount also not more as my deposite.

Now how i can remove my name from this list i am very much agree to paid the payment please give me responce for the same.
