Sir,

I did have a credit card (UBI/SBI no 4137 5753 0465 6490) since 2006 .then on 6th may, I received a statement that an insurance of RS 6 lakhs was imposed to this card without my concent and was asked to fill up the premium, of Rs 26.94 every month. Then on end of may I have called over phone to your representative and I have talked about the above concern. Then it was told to me that the whole amount will be reversed and no further payment was required. I have also requested him to cancel the card as I have not used the card eccept once then I have then I have received a statement after that.

But again 2 credit cards were sent to mecovering in an envelope (pick up dated 28/02). Then I received an account (dated 6/02) of outstanding Rs 98.61 on 1/3.Then again I called your representative on 23/3 between 5 to 5.30 pm and further told him to reverse all my outstanding and to cancel the card . he confirmed me to do so.

But now again, I have received an account statement (dated 6/4) on 12/05 of amount outstanding Rs 517.18.

I didn’t want the car dfor the second time and have never asked you for the insurance. But it was imposed by your wish.

After confirming to reverse the outstanding amount (shwn in your statement) and cancellation of the card, why you people are going on sending me statement and harassing me.

I am again requesting to cancel the card and reverse all the out standing amount. I don’t need it all…….
