I've been charged $4.99 by TB System Mechanics for more than 5 months already. After been charged for 3 months, I went to the bank and filled out a complaint. They sent it to Visa and they returned me the money... but again, these last 2 months I've been charged again and tomorrow I'm going again to the bank.

I have no clue what this thing is about and how they got our account number! Someone gotta stop this! help!
