Credit card closing issue
Credit card not closing for last six months

Dear sir,

My name is kesavan i am using icici credit card for last two yers now i am goint to settle all the amounts to close this card and also i infiormed sevaral times to the concern officers throuh phone and also directly go and inform that time the balance 5000 rs also pending i told to debit my savings account to close this card but still now it is blocked in my savings account please help me to close this isssue i am realy suffer...
