Calls from credit card companies

Hello sir,

I get calls time and again from the credit card companies to make payment for credit cards on behalf of a person who was living at my address.

but now that person is not living here anymore. i and my family has told the customer services and also the credit card agencies that the person is not here anymore.

but they call again and again and disturb us, how can i stop them from calling to my residence number and trouble us
