SUB- Wrong charged in my Credit Card (Charged Rs.4999.00 4Seasons Free Debit).

Sir,

I am ABN_AMRO ONE Credit Card holder from Nov i got charged Rs.4999.00 (4Seasons Free Debit) without my permission.while they creating on the phone hotch-potch call information for this 4Seasons Free Debit plane. Not given clear informetion about plane.

When I called up 'Helpline' on 28th October, '08 they pepole saying it can't be cancelled. And don't give me back amount Rs.4999.00.(4Seasons Free Debit), only 25% amount less your plan & again without my permission less 25% amount of this plane. I dont’t want this plan and cancel my all this plan.

So Tell me how can be solve this problem. while I donn't want pay to ABN AMRO coz of fraud charged.

Further, since I do not accept this particular charge on my card, ABN_AMRO must first back this charge and inform me accordingly.
