Finence Charges

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my name is Rahul Chopra my Credit Card no (5415-3823-1733-5867).

From last couple of month bank put finence (retail) charges on my credit card account without any clarification last month on 16/05 I spoken to Mr manish working in your customer care department as team Leader regarding my finence charges and he told me that all finence charges have been reverse but this month they again put finence charges and when i spoken to customer care executive he was very bad talking to me.

Pls let me know why the bank put finence charges (retail) on my account and revert back to me.
