Unexplained charges in statement

1. I received your credit card 4317 5756 4431 2663 in first week of Nov. and bill you have sent is of Oct 18. Rs. 561.80

2. When I decided to opt for your credit card, there was a promise that there are no hidden charges etc and I will not have any other charges except annual fees.

3. Yesterday I received SMS saying that your statement Dt. Nov. 18 has been dispatched and total outstanding is Rs. 958. 08.

4. I have not yet opened the packed credit card and still received charges of Rs. Rs. 958. Pl. explain. I have not yet received the statement. If I continue to get statement like this, then I am not interested in your credit card

5. Pl. also communicate what are all hidden charges like this which will enable to make my decision?
