Over charging

I was holding the above credit card No.4384599997596910 . There would be some delay in minor payment and HSBC charges heavy amount of penalty. They practically did not waive and ultimately I paid penalty and requested for cancellation of card. The telecaller and their concerned lady officer whom I talked were rude.

Now I donot want to continue my Credit card and several time wrote to HSBC . But they never paid attention to my request and still continue sending statement.
