Un-resolved discrepancy of the above credit card since 21st June statement regarding

Dear Sirs,

I, the under signed submit the following for your kind perusal and request your intervention for resolving the discrepancy immediately.

I have drawn Two cheques on SBI ECIL br. bearing No:228133 &228134 for Rs 4500/- Rs1890/- dated 10.6.2008 for credit cardNo:4477468261159003 and Credit AC loan No: 9401270050495006 respectively, towards May 21st 2008 monthly statement.

For clearing the above cheques ICICI bank have wrongly encoded the cheques, i.e both cheques have been presented for Rs 1890/- only. The SBI ECIL br. have requested to re-submit the cheques ith correct de coding as there is sufficient fund are avilable in my account. Accordingly ICICI bank have submitted the request dated 13.06.2008 as cheque No:228133 for Rs 4500/- and requested to release the pay order immediatly and SBI ECIL br. For your ready ref: You can talk to the SBI-ECIL branch Clearing Officer Mr. Venugopal available on Tel.on 040-27137007. I am here with enclosing the Xerox copy of the bank pass book statement for proof of amount debit from my account.

Not considering the above facts and at no mistake of mine you have levied late fee penalty of Rs 600/- in the June month statement for which payment being debited from bank account on 16.6.2008. How ever I have made payment through the cheques No;228145dt 7/7/08 for Rs 6000/- towards min.monthly payment of credi card No 4477468261159003 and cheque No;228146 dt 8/7/08 for rs 1890/- towards ICICI loanAC No;9401270050495006, for June-08 month payment and requested to revert the late payment charges.

Again not considering my request and the actual facts the July-08 monthly statement was sent with levy of Over limit charges of Rs 500/- to my credit ignoring my request/actual facts cited above.

Hence, I once again request ou to look into the above discrepancy and do the need full in correcting and up dating the bill immediatly.
