UN NECESSARILY CHARGES

I m using this card from long preiod but from last few months facing alot of problems. In my each & every bill un neccesarly charges are coming in head of INTEREST CHARGES, please check my records I always clear my full payment on monthly basis, since in April month you made my new card No. "4629864143107003 on that purticular month I recveied statement from your end after due date, so accordingly at the time on making payment I enclosed the letter with the reason of making late payment.

Secondly your system all goes down when we make an call got the same answer "SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, PLS CALL US LATER"

Now I will make this month payment only after resolution of this problem. Request you to look into the matter & clear this issue, so that further I use your card.
