Wrong credit card statement sent

Purchased railway tickets through the credit card. statement for may shows rs.3313.00p as due.paid through cheque no.115921.payment shown in june statement but a.new purchase of rs.2457.88p shown in the said statement.statements for july, august and september were also confusing.i sent a letter on 15-09 to the nodal officer in the address given on the reverse side of the statements.instead of responding to my letter bank has charged interest on an amount of rs.747.64p. as i have not made any other purchases using the said credit card apart from the mentioned railway tickets, please rectify your mistakes made in your statements and confirm me sending a mail..
