Debiting the interest

I have utilised the credit card for 8600/- and 2355/- in two occasions. In regard to the first bill the bank has sent the bill very late, eventhough I have paid the amount through the drop box. Unfortunately one day I have received a call from your bank for non payment of amount. When I told about the payment they said that they have not received any payment. Immediatley I gave a letter to my bank for stop payment and issued another cheque on 30-9 and put it in drop box at vijayawada but the same was also misplaced. In the meantime your bank has debited the interest amount to my account and send the bill. The same was informed to the bank and request them to reverse the amount debited to my accounts and issued another cheque on 4-10 and the same received at your end and debit to my account.

In another transaction an amount of RS.2355/-. In this case also I have paid the amount and put my cheque at Vijayawada and same was also misplaced and you have sent the bill with interest.

If you observe my credit account till today I never be a default member at any time. Moreover I am paying my card dues regularly but both instances the cheques were misplaced at your end and panalty was made to me which is not correct.

In view of the above you are requsted to look into the matter and reverse the amount debited to my credit card and rectify same at the earliest. This will enable us to use the credit card more effectively.
