Late fee & charges levied

I had remitted Rs.794/74 being the amount due on 04/06 by cheque No.804812 dt.25.05.2009 and the cheque was dropped in your M G Road, Fort Branch. However, I received a call from your Bank on 11.06.2009 informing that the payment is not received and the amount is due. As directed by your bank personnel I issued a cheque for Rs.1000/- and the same was reflected in my statement dt.15.06.2009 for having received on 13.06.2009.

As I have dropped the cheque well before the due date and I am yet to know the fate of the cheque. Further, immediately on getting the inforation about the non-receipt of amount through your bank personnel I had handed over the cheque.

In view of the above, I hereby request you to waive the Late Fee and other charges and reverse the same confirm.
