Ref: Your Currtent Statement of accounts for payment of Min. Rs.200 - Due date 25/07.

Surprised to note that you have charged on 05 Jul 08 Rs.42.74 towards FINANCE CHARGE - RETAIL: Why - I have not accepted such terms of yours. I have been making payments well before time and that too in full and not Min. due. Hence, please clarify it.

If such charges are laid, I regret, will surrender your credit card/stop using it. Instead, would prefer to use other reputed Banks' Credit Cards. Awaiting to receive your prompt response to enable me proceed further on the issue.
