Ecovery agents threatened my family

Sir, It is in regard to the credit card i was using. Due to some delay in the payment the credit card agents have threatened to my family. It is the incident of 13 november. They came and said we will not go from your home and thretened to my mother in my absence. They ring up at my home anytime they want and threat us. I have the names and phone numbers of some of them and I also have proofs aginst them. Now what should I do??..I am waiting for your reply then I will file complaint and litigation against the bank making the party to those agents as well. Waiting for your reply..
