Claiming non existance of due

I was a Credit card holder bearing no 4346 7720 0095 8685. With out my knowldge and acceptce you credit card division raised a Insurnce policy of bajaj alliance and made payment and sent statement.

On receipt of statement I lodged the complaint with your card divison. And on based on my complaint they have totally waived my false oustading keeping intrest and panelty portion un touched. In this regards. I telephoned many times. but no use. So I am writing a letter to RBI in this connection how your fools public. I just thinking to go to consumer court if I do not receive any reply from you. about the action taken.
