Dear Sir,

I had applied for a Personal loan with HDFC Bank T.Nagar Branch. While processing my loan the Bank gave me a feed back that they have received a report from your office saying that i have a outstanding to the tune of Rs. 5 lac and odd on my credit card accounts. This is very surprising as i have no outstanding in any of my credit cards and i have the habit of making the full payment every month. This report is very disturbing and I would like the details ASAP.
