Equest for full settlement

I am credit card holder of ICICIbank, card No.4477478131275004, 4477478031901006.

I was using the cards very usefully, but after my retirement i find it very difficult to manage the repayment with my monthly pension. So I requested for a settlement with available funds Rs.30000/- with me right now against credit limit of Rs.25000/- & Rs.20000/-

Instead of helping me at this difficult hour they start harassing me for payment
