I am not satisfied with the investigation done by HSBC

Sombody swipe my HSBC credit card over internet and after investigating the transations bank says 4 out of 7 transactions were done by me and 3 were reversed, how it is possible now bank say to do the payment of 4 transaction,

sombody told me what to do about this where to complaint this?
