Dear N L Kedwai and Rajneesh Behel,

This is to Bring your Kind Notice That I Amit Bahuguna was holding a Credit Card of H.S.B.C. Bank with the Card No.:- 4384599999949109, Which I Requested to Cancel Against the Full and Final Settlement.

Now The Same Card Has been cancelled by the bank, But the final Settlement I have made twice one by Cheque and one by Cash details are as follows:-

1. Cash Paid on 19th March, 08 of Rs. 10149/-

2. HDFC Cheque No.-149801 dated 11th March, 08 of Rs.10149/-

Since, The Settlement has been done at my part and card has been cancelled Despite of my repeated reminders and follow-ups with Customer Care AND Recovery Department, till date I have not received my excess Payment to the Bank. And it’s been 1.8 yrs now when I am totally exhausted with H.S.B.C.Concerned Person from H.S.B.C. (Bombay)-Mr. MANDAR was dealing on above mentioned matter with me.

Please look into the matter with the final Settlement letter which is impacting my negative rating with SIEBEL wherein i have applied for Home loan rating, After this I would be only having option now to go to the Banking Ombudsment.

Looking forward for the quick action on this.
