Credit Card Statement
Fraudelent and inflated bill for Nov.2008

My customer ID is 3010267. I have received credit card statement for Nov. 2006. It contains some transationcs which I have not done. For 07/11 returned cheque payment fees have been levied for Rs.250 and service tax as Rs. 30.90. I have not issued any cheque in the month of November so there is no question of returned cheque payment fees. ICCICI is inflating the bill so as to harass the customer. That is why I rarely use this credit card. I do not understand why the bank levies charges when no transaction has taken place. It is only to discourgae us from using the card. If it is so, then I request that my credit card may be cancelled after I clear your dues.
