Unjustified charging in bill

Customer ID : 2141590

Your above bill was received by me on 21th July and with my utter surprise find that an interest charge of Rs. 34.30 and service tax of Rs. 4.24 have been charged. May i know on what basis the above charges have been imposed on me?
