Till date no statement receive

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Dinesh Joshi my HSBC credit card no-4384599982982182 i call so many time in our bank but no good response come. Bank executives say that i send you your bank statement in your email id but till date i not receive any statement. My payment is going over due date. this is not my faults this is your bank faults. also my credit card not except in e-reservation. i talk with bank executive but he take my email id and say that i sand the statement. but till date i not receive any statement in our email id. please not my email id-saninprasad@yahoo.co.in and send it.

i request you to please send statement and clear all your dues amount.
