Unwanted call to mobile nos

Is there any agency where i acn register complaint regarding the unwanted telecons from varius cio involved by credit card companies..Notable the telephone no 011 39195600, 01130589447, the calls from these nos disturb my day to day activities .is there anyway i can take action against these nos
