Wrong calls for payment of credit card

Dear Sir / Madam,

The letter is being written to complaint towards one of the branch located in Delhi.

The Delhi branch people for last 10-15 days are constantly giving me a call for credit card payment of Mr. Sudhir Sadanand Menon, Everytime I have told them that this number 09867894324 does not belong to Sudhir Sadanand Menon please verify your database instead making corrections in the database they are constantly giving me call. I have recevied the call from the following number 011-43695711, 011-43695706 & 011-43695621.

I request you to please escalate the matter and solve the issue at the earliest. I hope this letter will be given high importance and neccessary actions will be taken, so that in future no other person is harassed mentallyfrom your end. Expecting a reply to this letter via e-mail

For your information till date I have never applied for any type of credit card from any of the bank
