Regarding payment delay

Sir,

i m deepak gupta & my probleme criedit card related. i m droping my criedit card payment before due date but bank credit my account on my statment date and they charged late fee interest charges. last time i have called customer care but they told me we are not reverse ur charges pls pay immedetly otherwise we suspend ur card. pls give me sugggestion what can i do.
